I like the issues of LGBT that are brought up in the story and felt they were just enough of a sample of that lifestyle to not offend close minded individuals. It was very realistic and I enjoyed reading more about it. There is a ménage de trois alluded to in the book so some people may be a bit uncomfortable with that part of the story. From my point of view, it was very well written and only enhanced the book.

Today is an exciting day because I have stolen Declan away from Anya (for a few hours anyway 🙂 and with her permission of course) and have him here to answer your questions as well as some I have posed to him! He is a sweet and lovable guy but has his hands full with Anya and adjusting to his new life. Let’s get to know a little bit about Declan and then my review for Blood’s Voice!
Make sure to visit Nikki at Close Encounters with the Night Kind for Declán’s Interview (where you can ask him questions too!!!), her review of Blood’s Voice (4 spiders and 2 heart/flames), and she also has a giveaway for the book! So stop by and check out all she has going on. It’s a great site and she’s a B-L-A-S-T so says Dec. 🙂

I have been doubly blessed with reviews today and a second 4 stars. Kristin, from Better Read Than Dead has given a wonderfully involved and detailed review of Blood’s Voice, including a ‘major players’ list of characters.
Aine’s love for her characters shines in Blood’s Voice. She gives you a reason to become invested in their well-being. . . I was surprised in a most pleasant sort of way. . . a big thanks to Aine for her inclusion of alternate life styles in a very compelling manner.

The wondrous Christina Irelan from Intoxicated By Books has this to say about Blood’s Voice:
I am trying to keep this review spoiler FREE so I can’t really say much more about the story. I will say that I LOVED it though! The author did a great job keeping my interest and making me want to finish the story…
